We provide a solution to the client's transcription needs to fit in with their existing practices and resources. This requires flexibility and understanding of the alternative technologies available for data collection and transfer. 

We offer two dictation options for the doctor
     (i)  Hand-held Digital Recorder.
     (ii) Toll Free Telephone Service.

Each client is given a password-protected account on our HIPAA compliant server. Dictations & Transcribed Reports are transferred through this server using high security SSL platform. We also work with client managed servers. 
  • Our team consists of experienced transcriptionists who can transcribe any specialty dictations with the highest quality .

  • We use AAMT recommended books and e-books.

  • Each client is assigned to a specific Client Representative, who assures continuous quality control and timely completion of the client's transcribed reports.

  • We have a Quality Circle in place, which crosschecks the quality of work going to clients and gives feedback to the respective MT/QAs.

  • We maintain a close communication with the client to assure timely resolution of issues, if any, on a daily basis.

  • We have taken extensive measures to meet all HIPAA regulations and have a compliance plan in place. Our team understands and adheres to compliance requirements for privacy of patient data.

  • Turnaround is based on client needs for scheduled accounts and variations can be accommodated according to an agreed plan. Current turnaround time varies from 12-24 hours .
